Mercer Residents Directory is a privately operated reference. It describes and links to public rolls, record indexes, and directory collections concerning Mercer, New Jersey. It does not host government records and has no affiliation with a government office, court, library, or records custodian.
2. Acceptable Use
Use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or information reached through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate a person protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud

We may block or limit access for a user who violates these terms or misuses the service, at our discretion and without notice.
11. Governing Law
New Jersey law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Public-record access referenced by the service is governed where applicable by the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, P.L. 2001, c. 404, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., as amended by P.L. 2024, c.16.
12. Severability
If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
